As long as you don’t mind your VR game not making much use of VR, this is well worth a blast. Kill anything that moves and everything (yes including buildings) are destructible. Sure it doesn’t make the greatest use of VR, in fact, it barely makes any use of it! But it’s still a great game to play. If you enjoy the Earth Defense Force games, City Avenger will be right up your street.
There really isn’t a whole lot to think about, it’s just all action all of the time. With a small selection of guns and explosives available you this is a game in which you have to keep moving in order not to get shot. Using a combination of the Gamepad and your own viewpoint you will be blowing up anything that doesn’t move then shooting anything that does. These missions range from shooting a certain amount of bad guys to blowing up a certain vehicle or building, then just about anything in between as well. The idea is to complete the mission given to you by any means necessary. In city avenger you can using rifle, machine gun, rocket launcher and other very cool weapons, driving car, turret, tank, helicoper, etc.You can enter bullettime to killing tons of badguys in a second, and you can roll over a tank in a single jump.
